2026 Standard fee for Domestic IT Support 

• For Bribie, Sandstone point and Ningi there are no charges for travel time nor a call out fee.
• For each attendance onsite (Bribie, Ningi and Sandstone point) =  minimum $55.00 including 1st half hour onsite.
• Further support in 15 minute increments (or part thereof) at $27.50.  
• For remote support minimum $27.50 including 1st 15 minutes.  
• Payment can be made in Cash, Credit Card, PayID, or Bank Transfer using Osko immediate payments

Standard fees for Commercial support for small business available upon request.
